The Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Personal Data Protection Code" confirms and updates what is provided by Law 675/1996 about the "Protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to personal data processing". As "data subject", or natural person that is the subject of the "personal data", hereinafter simply referred to as "data", under articles 7 and 13 of the new legislation, we would like to inform you about fundamental elements of the processing of the informations released on the website Hotelsantalucia.com.
